Morita Miso Sauce for Grilled Meat
This excellent sauce uses a blend of red miso paste and sweet apple vinegar to create a sweet and savoury stir in sauce.
Directions: Grill or pan fry 300g-400g of desired meat. Once cooked through, add half a bottle of the sauce and continue to heat until meat is well covered.
