Cooking Instruction:

Pan Fry

  1. Preheat non-stick pan and add oil on medium heat.
  2. Place 8-10 frozen seaweed rolls turning frequently for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. 


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Place 8-10 frozen seaweed rolls on non-stick baking sheet.
  3. Heat 10-12 minutes on top rack of oven until thoroughly heated. 


Sweet Potato Starch, Wheat Flour, Corn Starch, Glutinous Rice, Leek, Seaweed, Soybean Oil, Garlic Powder, Monosodium Glutamate, Sugar, Soy Sauce, Salt, Black Pepper, Sesame.
