These noodles are used to make the Korean dish "Naengmyeon" A very popular dish eaten usually in the summer months



Noodle: Wheat Flour, Sweet Potato Starch, Buckwheat Flour, Wheat Starch, Salt, Water.

Soup Base: Soy Sauce Powder, Red Pepper Powder, Garlic, Sesame, Scallion, Salt, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate.

Mixed Vegetable Oil: Soybean Oil, Mustard
