New Click and Collect Service

23 June 2020

We are pleased to announce our new click and collect service is up and running for all residents of the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire area. With a growing demand for Southeast Asian products within the UK, our delivery team have been quite busy of late! To ensure that every customer who wants to taste the delicious cuisine of China, Japan and Korea can do so, we have opened up our click and collect service to those living in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire .

UK Delivery

Residents across the rest of the UK will still be able to order food for delivery via courier; however, at present, our fresh and frozen range is not available for nationwide delivery. This is due to the fact that at this time, the 24-hour delivery service that we would typically use is not guaranteed.

Fresh and Frozen

If you live within the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire area, you’re in luck, as our click and collect service does include our range of fresh and frozen produce . This means you’ll be able to enjoy a vast selection of fresh vegetables and classic frozen favourites like dumplings and gyoza.

Avoiding Stores?

If you would prefer not to come inside our Hydrogen store, then we can always bring your order out to your car . Simply park outside the store on Goldsmith Street or Wollaton Street and give us a call on 07789636744 , letting us know your order number, car model and registration. We will then bring your order outside to your car.

Nottingham Delivery

If you are unable to make it to our Asian supermarket or are shielding at the moment, then we are also still offering our local delivery service too. Typically, this would be a same-day delivery service, provided you order by 5pm. However, at the moment, high demand means that this cannot be guaranteed, and in some cases, a next day delivery will be made instead.Local deliveries take place between 7pm and 9pm , and at this time all will be contact-free.
