I am very pleased with their service. The order was delivered the next day after its placement. As some items were out of stock, a lady from the shop called to check what what they could offer to replace the items. Good quality products, quick order processing time, reliable service. I will definitely order more goods from them.

I really like the variety of foods they have on their site! i’ll be ordering again from here. I’ve found some good stuff that i like. Delivery timing was just as the website too.

Order arrived very quickly, well packed.

Received promptly, well packaged, nice use of newspaper over more wasteful packaging materials. Everything is as described, and all in good condition. Good work, very happy.

Quick delivery, everything packaged securely. Both the food and drinks were in perfect condition and tasted delicious. Definitely ordering from Oriental Mart again.

Very good service and prompt delivered,

The lemon sauce I ordered was out of stock and so I was very politely offered a refund, however I said I would rather wait until it was back in stock. I was kept up to date by phone calls until it arrived. Everything was carried out efficiently and politely.

very good

Everything arrived on time in good condition, couldn't ask for more really

收到的订货中少了一样东西,虽然最初交流出现误会,但经过电话沟通,双方消除了误会,顺利地解决了问题,谢谢Amanda。
