Japanese Soul Food Night with Pete Hewitt (Homeboys)

After the sucess of the first Asian takeover in Febuary, Pete Hewitt and HOMEBOYS were back again with his take on Japanese Soul Food. We were one of the lucky few to get a reservation on 5th April at The Junkyard Nottingham

Pete was a 2015 Masterchef contestant. Using his creativity, attention to detail and love of Japanese food, he made some amazing dishes throughout the competition and managed to get to the final four.

He resides right here in Nottingham and is a proud customer of Orientalmart. He wouldn't get his Oriental ingredients anywhere else.

Some of the staff here at Orientalmart went to the pop up kitchen and managed to sample the dishes that night.
