Unsurprisingly, kuzumochi is a type of mochi; it's made from starch flour and kudzu root.

Goya Champuru
Goya, otherwise referred to as bitter melon, offers a unique flavour, which can be somewhat addictive. This speciality in Okinawa Prefecture is excellent in a stir fry and combined with tofu, eggs and vegetables to create a delicious and healthy dish.
Somen
Somen noodles are less than 1.7mm thick and served cold. They're characterised by their light flavour and dipped into a sauce called 'mentsuyu'.
