At Orientalmart, we partner with some of the top courier companies in the UK, including DPD and Royal Mail, to guarantee a safe and worry-free delivery. Please see below for a list of the services that we offer with each delivery.

* When you order both ambient and fresh and/or frozen produce, we split these into two separate deliveries.

This is because fresh and frozen produce must be delivered within 24 hours to maintain the correct temperature and ensure freshness. If there’s any delay and these items are not delivered the next day, our courier partner would unfortunately need to dispose of them to maintain food safety standards. By shipping them separately, we help guarantee that both your perishable produce and your ambient produce arrive safely, in the best possible conditions.

* £5.50 Special packaging fee will be applied to each perishable order.

This special packaging fee is charged for the use of poly/cool box and dry ice/sorba freeze ice pack system for every fresh and/or frozen order. This will be included by default in the shipping charge section during checkout. Please click here for more information.
