6.5" Rubber Edge Bamboo Steamer Cover is made to complete a matching 6.5-inch bamboo steamer, helping keep steam enclosed for consistent results when cooking dim sum and other steamed foods. The traditional bamboo construction is complemented by a rubber-reinforced edge for improved durability and resistance to everyday handling. Practical as a spare or replacement lid, it is well suited to home kitchens, catering and professional Asian food service.
