Beksul Apple Vinegar 사과식초

CJ CheilJedang are a South Korean food company that manufactures food ingredients and frozen packaged food products. Its core brands include Bibigo, Gourmet, and Hatbahn. Beksul is one of CJ's main popular Korean brands and its name is supposed to mean "glitters like snowflakes", hence the brand's logo. The Beksul brand has been in production since 1963 and has a reputation among Koreans for quality. CJ Beksul’s Apple Vinegar is a naturally fermented apple cider vinegar that is completely made from apple, producing a fresh, flavourful, and sour flavour profile. The vinegar is fermented without any artifical flavours, and retains plenty of soft and fruity apple flavour. Apple cider vinegar is said to be good for digestion and bowel health. It is a useful addition to the kitchen cupboard for tenderizing meats and adding acidity to dishes.
