Yep Kitchen

Yep Kitchen is all about celebrating fresh, bold Sichuan flavours and bringing them to the UK market. Founded by Sichuan food enthusiast Tom, Yep Kitchen’s range of chilli oils and fiery condiments pays homage to the rich traditions of Sichuan cuisine, offering some must-try products for lovers of all things hot and spicy.

The brand maintains authenticity as a top priority, proudly sourcing ingredients like Erjingtiao chillies, premium Sichuan peppercorns and Pixian Douban fermented bean paste from Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province. The result? Delicious, richly umami chilli oils packed with plenty of heat!
