1. Online Orders – Christmas & New Year Delivery Arrangements

🎁Postal Delivery Schedule

Christmas Delivery Cut-off Date: 16 December

All postal orders placed on or before 16 December are guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, provided that DPD Standard Delivery is selected at checkout.

Please ensure you choose the correct delivery service to avoid delays.

📦 Possible Holiday Delays

During the festive season, courier services may experience delays due to high volumes.
We kindly encourage customers to regularly check the tracking information for the most up-to-date status of their parcels.

🥗 Perishable Postal Orders – Special Dispatch Schedule

To maintain product quality during the holiday period, perishable postal orders will follow an adjusted dispatch schedule:

For the weeks commencing 22 December and 29 December
👉 Dispatch will take place on Monday and Tuesday only, instead of the usual Tuesday to Thursday schedule.

Please take note of this change when placing orders containing chilled or perishable items.

2. Nottingham Local Delivery Schedule

Local delivery services in Nottingham will be closed on bank holidays:
25 December, 26 December, and 1 January

📅 Adjusted Delivery Arrangements

• Orders placed after 16:00 on 24 December, as well as orders placed on 25 and 26 December,
  👉 will be delivered on 27 December.
• Orders placed after 16:00 on 31 December, as well as orders placed on 1 January,
  👉 will be delivered on 2 January.

We recommend placing orders early to avoid any disruption.

3. Online Customer Service Opening Hours
