Fry the spring onions and peanuts until fragrant, then set aside. These will be your finishing garnishes. 4. Cook your noodles in a large pan of boiling water according to the packet’s instructions. 5. When the noodles are almost ready, heat your ready-made sauce in the wok before adding your fried pork. Ensure this mixture is heated through. 6. Drain the noodles and dish them into your bowls. 7. Spoon over your sauce and top with the onions and peanuts that you set aside previously.
