Thai Green Curry Ingredients
- Coconut milk
- Thai green curry paste
- Prawns

- White onion

- Chilli oil

How to Make Thai Green Curry
- Fry the onion, then add the curry paste to cook off before adding in the tin of coconut milk.
- When the curry is on a simmer, add in the other veggies and prawns and cook through.
- Serve with coriander, some chilli oil and rice.
You can’t get much easier than that! If you don’t want to use prawns, you can swap these out for chicken, tofu and other protein for an equally tasty meal.
