Calbee is a Japanese snack company that was originally founded by Takashi Matsuo in 1949 in devastated post-war Hiroshima. His first product was the Calbee Caramel, named after the word "calcium" and vitamin B1. Due to the product's popularity, the company name was changed to Calbee from 1955. Today they produce a range of snacks that are distributed around the world. Calbee's Grill-A-Corn (Lobster in Supreme Soup Flavoured) are a light, puffed, almost twiglet-like corn crisp coated in buttery, lobster flavouring. They are a delicious blend of light, creamy corn flavour and the seaside flavours of Lobster Supreme Soup.
