Kinda's Beef Flank & Tendon are frozen cuts of flank and tendon from cattle, ready to be defrosted and used in a range of traditional Chinese dishes. Beef flank is a cut of beef steak taken from the abdominal muscles of the cow, just in front of the rear quarter. It is a long, flat cut with a significant grain, and is known for its bold flavour and chewiness. Beef tendon is the piece of connective tissue that holds muscle to bone on a cow. This band of tissue is capable of withstanding a good deal of tension and force, making it ideal for long cooking times. Flank and tendon can be acquired tastes due to their aroma and texture, so you'll want to carefully prepare the meat before cooking and ensure you select the right cooking options to get the best out of your beef.
