McCormick’s Garlic Powder is always made from fresh, whole garlic cloves that have been dried and ground. It brings smooth, balanced warmth and complexity to savoury dishes like soups, stews, stir-fries, rubs, sauces, and marinades. Garlic powder makes it easy to bring garlic’s rich essence to any recipe. Its flavour is mellower and deeper than raw garlic, yet equally robust. Garlic powder works in any recipe that calls for dried or fresh garlic. The difference is intensity. Use a light hand and taste as you go when stirring it into your dish.
