Zhengfeng is a major Chinese producer of dried fruits, farm produce, processed foods, and spices. Zhengfeng’s Black Beans are dried Chinese black beans with a dense, almost meat-like texture and umami profile once cooked. These salted beans can be boiled until soft and added to soups or stews or served up alongside Chinese pork dishes. They can also be used as the base for preparing Chinese fermented black beans, a staple in many popular Chinese dishes.
