The paste is known for its milder curry flavour. The inclusion of bold yellow turmeric spices not only gives it its characteristic colour but also contributes to its mild heat level. It's versatile enough to be used in a variety of dishes, including Karee, a curry soup popular in Thailand. You can simmer it with onions, potatoes, or other vegetables for a vegetarian curry or add fish, shrimp, or chicken for a protein-rich dish. The paste is free from added MSG, preservatives, and artificial colours, making it a healthier option for cooking.
