Zhen Xiang’s Beef Flavoured Soy Meat is a unique and flavourful seasoned faux meat snack. This savoury treat is made from soy, or beancurd, that has been combined with a rich seasoning of herbs and spices. Beancurd, or as its more commonly known "tofu", is made from ground, pressed soybeans, and has been eaten for over 2,000 years. It is a popular ingredient across Asian cuisine, providing dishes with high amounts of protein while still being suitable for vegetarians. This soy “meat” snack has been flavoured to resemble beef and that hearty, meaty flavour comes through. A savoury treat for individuals looking to be a bit more health conscious.
