Zheng Feng is a major Chinese producer of dried fruits, farm produce, processed foods, and spices. Their lump sugar is specially processed through traditional methods, and is ideal for teas and for providing a natural and pure sweetness to Asian cooking and baking. This unique sugar not only adds rich, sweet notes but also imparts a decadent aroma, which can leave you salivating. Store the lump sugar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its quality and texture. After opening, make sure to reseal the packaging tightly to prevent moisture from getting in.
